Redevelopment of retail park with over 23,000 sqm retail and restaurants into one of the best performing shopping areas in the region.
In 2004 TCN Portugal (note: TCN Portugal closed in 2009) acquired a 50% share in existing retail park project Aveiro (open since 2002) and new retail development Portimão (Algarve).
After (re)developing the project in 2004 and 2005 and acquiring tenants such as Decathlon, Carrefour, AKI and Staples, the retail park became one of the best performing in the Algarve area.
