History

The site was purchased in 1998 for its excellent location on both sides of the A38 just to the South of Bristol and to the North of Taunton within 1.5 miles of Junction 23 of the M5. With views across the River Parrett and the Somerset countryside.

Our aim was to create a business park with an attractive natural outlook, high standards of landscaping and contemporary grade A office and distribution buildings over 100 acres.

Express Park management

Express Park Bridgwater is managed by TCN Management, which was created to provide the operations and estate management function for the business.
TCN Property Management Ltd is running the company's major investments at Bridgwater providing service charge administration, rent collection, maintenance and health and safety services. The business is run to comply with RICS accounting standards and operates in full compliance with health and safety and environmental requirements.
