On Monday, November 19, 2012, the Civil Court of Utrecht declared Brandboxx Ventures Hannover BV bankrupt. The Board of Brandboxx Ventures Hannover BV filed for bankruptcy in consultation with the administrators who were appointed to TCN UROP SE earlier this month, LLM J. Westerhof of Holland Van Gijzen Lawyers and Notaries and LLM A. van der Schee of Van Benthem & Keulen Lawyers & Notaries.
On Monday, 2nd of July 2012, Brandboxx Leusden launched the new buying season of the spring and summer collections 2013. Due to the theme: "Let's make it.. a summer to remember!", became it a day never to forget! Over 400 visitors were treated to energetic fashion shows and innovative fashion collections in a sunny setting!

Brandboxx, part of TCN, is proposing to create UK Fashion Hub located at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park following the success of the 2012 Olympic Games. The centre will have 90,000 square metres of spaces dedicated to the UK fashion and sports design and manufacturing industry. The centre is only 10 minutes from City Airport and in the close vicinity of London Town Centre.
TCN already was part owner of these 40,000 m2 (Salzburg) and 20,000 m2 (Hannover) trade marts in sports, fashion, and shoes for the past several years but as of last June 27, TCN also obtained ownership of the remaining shares in Brandboxx Salzburg and Brandboxx Hannover from former equity partner CVI.
