TCN 100% owner of Brandboxx Salzburg and Hannover

TCN already was part owner of these 40,000 m2 (Salzburg) and 20,000 m2 (Hannover) trade marts in sports, fashion, and shoes for the past several years but as of last June 27, TCN also obtained ownership of the remaining shares in Brandboxx Salzburg and Brandboxx Hannover from former equity partner CVI.

Brandboxx Salzburg is the largest and leading purchasing and information center for dealers in Austria and offers permanent showrooms to about 400 brands including Nike, Adidas, ‘S Oliver, Geox, Gerry Weber, Betty Barclay, Converse, Asics, and Puma. The center also has a 6,000 m2 Events & Exhibition center that annually hosts a lot of trade shows, corporate events, and consumer oriented fairs. Currently 30 people are employed at Brandboxx Salzburg.

Under the TCN banner Brandboxx Hannover has positioned itself during the past several years as the leading purchasing center for especially the shoe dealers in North Germany. A wide range of fashion and sports dealers are also available. Main tenants are Geox, Ecco, Street One, Jack Wolfskin, and Asics.

The acquisitions completely match TCNs ambition to build an international network of trade marts. TCN currently already leads Brandboxx Almere, Brandboxx Leusden, Home Trade Center Nieuwegein, and Brandboxx Hannover. TCN is also managing and/or leasing partner of Barcelona Moda Centre, MGC Wien, and since January 1, 2011, Dusseldorf Fashion House. Currently the network has a total of 250,000 m2 with more than 1,000 lease agreements with fashion, sports, shoe, and furnishings dealers.
